Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy - groups of 1-4 persons 48hrs, 5-9 persons 14 days, 10+ persons 30 days, private tours minimum 30 days.

Reservation - check in is 15 minutes prior to each tour departure. Individuals may be considered a “no-show” and their seats resold if they have not checked in 15 minutes prior to departure.

Whales - No guarantees regarding whales or wildlife. 

Weather - Tours operate rain or shine. If tour is cancelled by San Juan Outfitters, a full refund will be processed if unable to reschedule.

Flights - If traveling via Whale Plane Package and the flight is cancelled, tour and flight will be refunded if unable to reschedule. No refunds for missed flights.

Ferry  - No refunds for a missed ferry. If ferry is cancelled a refund will be applicable.

Discounts - Please bring proof of eligibility for any discounts.
